Friday July 30th, 18:45. Conference Dinner

As part of the main programme the conference will end with a grand reception and dinner. This will be held at Tate Modern with a lovely view over London. The seasonal menu hopes to encapsulate the finest ingredients that July has to offer the British Isles. Food will be matched with wines for each course and will be followed by coffee and fresh mint tea. The caterers for the dinner have been chosen for their emphasis on building strong relationships with regional suppliers and artisan producers from across the UK and Europe.
